TotalEnergies Lubrifiants is a world leader in the production and distribution of lubricants, with 41 production sites around the world and more than 5,800 employees in 150 countries.They offer innovative, high-performance products and services that comply with the most stringent approvals and standards. Their lubricants are developed at their R&D center, located in France, which employs more than 130 researchers.

The project is intended for ships, therefore for captains, fleet managers, etc., in order to foresee whether during a trip from one port to another there will be equipment on alert and therefore in need of lubricant. If this is the case, the idea is to provide an automatic control to compensate for the lack of lubricants.

This project is intended for several personas and therefore it must be understandable by all. Moreover, the path for each user must be understood and fluid.  The user must have to do as few actions as possible in order not to waste time.

The main point of attention was that the different users should have as few choices as possible, that the action to be performed should be clear and precise in order to waste as little time as possible. Therefore, the order of lubricants is done automatically, the user only has to validate or modify the order. The order enters a cycle when it is validated. It was necessary to illustrate this cycle in order not to lose the users on the actions to be carried out.
