Q-Park is an operator of parking garages in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Q-Park is the number two on the European parking market. In total Q-Park controls 800,000 parking spaces on more than 3,500 locations. The company is based in Maastricht.

Customers had a tool to manage their parking lots, which are spread all over France, and enabled security guards and cleaning staff to make their daily rounds. This tool was becoming obsolete, and they wanted to redesign it with a mobile part for users and a desktop part reserved for administrators.

The technology we were using was becoming obsolete, and the user experience was less than optimal, both on the desktop admin side and on the mobile side for the staff responsible for running the parking lots.

The idea was to have a mobile part with an accomplished user experience, so as to be able to quickly access the key functionalities of a security guard's day-to-day work, for example. And to have at a glance all the information you need to make your day run smoothly.
On the administrator side, we needed a dashboard to summarize the day's actions, and tables that were easy to read and manage. In addition, we needed to create a form builder so that admins could create their own customized forms.
